Strangely, when this video refers to drugs, they show tobacco cigarettes in an ashtray.
Tobacco is the only drug that has deceased in usage. It can kill you, but no one ever smoked a Marlboro that caused them to shoot a cop.

better question is: what must be changed. #1: congress stop screwing the people. congress allows the feds to control, what should be your money. the feds loan to financial institutions, who mark up the interest to qualified home buyers. congress needs to get their nose out of the feds ***, and create a program for the people. LIKE. at 27, all people would get a line of credit from the usa government. amount $200,000.00 interest 2%, term 30 years. funds could only be used to buy a single family home. when sold. funds returned to government. when the person dies, first call on assets is the government home loan. /// by capping the loan at $200,000.00 this would reduce the cost of affordable housing. you have countless ideas of how to change the government. problem: no one in congress smart enough to understand.

You haven't thought your idea all the way through because how government works here won't change forward from now. It will only inflate the market prices more than already exist.

Remember every reality is a trickle down economy where least valued citizens get the most screwed out of everyone else saving humanity.

"...Let me re-emphasize that I’m not encouraging drug use. Some cloud the mind, others clear it. It’s up to you (or should be) to decide what you need or want, what’s good or bad. There are many hundreds of recreational drugs, with widely differing effects. Insofar as recreational drugs present a problem, it arises from overuse, which is hard to define and arbitrary. And can be true of absolutely anything.

People can become addicted to most anything—food, sugar, alcohol, gambling, sleep, sex—you name it. It’s not good when you do too much of absolutely anything. One thing is for sure: You take personal responsibility away from people, they become more, not less, irresponsible.

The so-called “drug problem” is solely due to the fact that recreational drugs are illegal.

Alcohol provides the classic example. Alcohol has been, by far, the most abused substance in the US throughout its history. But the enactment of Prohibition in 1920 not only made abuse worse (for a number of reasons), but created a crime wave, and essentially created the Cosa Nostra. Making a product illegal turns both users and suppliers into criminals, and only makes bluenoses and busybodies happy.

Because illegality makes any product vastly more expensive than it would be in a free market, some users resort to crime to finance their habits. Because of the risks and artificially reduced supply, the profits to the suppliers are necessarily huge—not the simple businessman’s returns to be had from legal products.

Just as Prohibition of the ’20s turned the Mafia from a small underground group of thugs into big business, the War on Drugs has done precisely the same thing for drug dealers. And is, by far, the major cause of corruption in law enforcement. It’s completely insane and totally counterproductive..."

where the change could come from: largest block of voters: #1 people registered as independent. #2 registered democrat. #3 registered republican. then there are the minor parties. most elections are not landslides. should the independent block of voters unite into supporting a new party, you would see usa again develop. this could only happen if some dynamic person was allows to appear on tv. no chance of this in usa. usa media is owned and controlled by those who do not want to lose control over the sheep.

You will never do an honest discussion of self evident evolving since it includes your time equally inhabiting space now. Always work a rigged debate only allowing discussions around possibilities without being interrupted by anyone describing actual evolving.

Did I defect from the topic?
Perhaps the topic was defective.
Or perhaps, deflective.

The video is silly to imply that tobacco smoking (which people have been doing in California since the Indians discovered tobacco) is responsible for extreme change in California.

Oh DAMN! you caught me equally inhabiting space now.

But what did I do wrong? Should I have inhabited space unequally inhabiting space? Or should I have inhabited somewhere other than space? Or should I have equally inhabited space yesterday or tomorrow rather than now?

From just say no to drugs to you just be taking the experimental drugs or you be going on down the road with nothing but a few clothes and some large corporation paperwork after we escort you out of the building.

I personally won't bother with experimental drugs recreationally, and I think that those who do shouldn't, either.
