It makes no sense for him being a Neo Nazi ----- because Neo Nazi's target specific groups of people to victimize, such as Jews, Muslims Minorities, LGBTs, etc.....
The same goes for him allegedly being a member of the ALT-Right, which by definition from the SDLP and other Leftist "watchdog groups" is mainly an Online Phenomenon, that uses websites, chat boards, social media and memes to spread its message --- along with their Nationalist & Cultural Identity, their greatest points of unity lie in what they are specifically against: multiculturalism, immigration, feminism and, above all, political correctness...
The Hispanic shooter Mauricio Garcia, did not target a specific group of people or institution based on any of these beliefs or motivations --- his victims were made up of random individuals whose only link was they went to a shopping mall that day...
