ukraine had a parade to show off military's equipment and zelinski vowed to take back crimera and said they wanted fight russia, this was in the summer before the invasion. yep, biden was probably behind it.

You are right.  But also the goal was to draw Russia into a war then cut them off from SWIFT and impose even more sanctions.  
Hope the Ruble crashed, riots in Russia, economy crashes.... Putin thrown out. 
Regime change was always the goal along with enriching the MIC.

The MIC will be greatly enriched.
The other goals have been an utter and complete failure.  Embarrassing miscalculation.
