The Legislature will get the results from the study and then will approve of this waste being used to pave roads. There is a LOT of phosphate mining waste and it covers a large area, which cannot be used as long as this crap is covering it. The odds are that the Leg will PAY the mining company for its garbage as well. This is typical corruption.
