Medical care should be paid for out of taxes by the government.
There is NO PROOF that anyone wanting gender change surgery is not capable of doing their job.
And of course, if you remove a penis, then there is no possibility that the guy who had his dick changed into a ****** will rape anyone.
How is that not a good deal for everyone?

What separates a customer from a consumer? ideology or ancestral time displaced? Both, neither?
