I tried treating both Pom and jerra b with respect in my pg threads and having done so, both turned on me in a deliberate attempt to malign and discredit me.

When POM appeared in my threads telling me my links didn't work, I explained to him that I've been banned from posting links, images, and even new threads.

According to Redheaded Stranger (another staunch defender of a lot of hateful **** herein), that was because I use pg threads, arguing that I essentially "banned myself."

However that fails to explain why other liberals in the "liberal" forum have also been banned from posting links and such.

In spite of my explaination to POM and my trying to assist him by telling him how to find the headlines I post, he returned to the threads, saying "the links don't work" and further stating that he would not be cutting and pasting (I guess he meant copy and pasting) the headlines to find the sources as I suggested.

Then after that, he showed up again fraudulently claiming a headline he allegedly copied and pasted took him to a porn site. He never indicated exactly which headline.

Clearly it was a deliberate lie, and for his attempt to malign me by falsely claiming my links led to porn, I banned him from all my pg threads.

Jerra b and I engaged in on topic exchanges in at least one thread, without incident for quite some time, until, having failed to gain the upper hand, he decided to deliberately misrepresent my position with straw man argumentation, compounded with what he admitted were intended insults.

He argued that I supported men teaching kindergarten in dresses and high heels. This in SPITE of the fact that I'd already made clear to him, in prior responses, that I was neither on board with transgenders in women's sports, or drag story time.

And to add insult, he repeatedly referred to me as "darling" and when I told him I considered it a personal attack (insult) he confirmed it was INTENDED as such.

For this, he was banned from that thread.

Bottom line. There is no meeting halfway with these sorts. I tried to welcome them and engage with them, but they clearly regard attempts at civil discourse as a weakness, and they responded with contempt.
