lol.  with flagpoles, right?
These are the same people who own all the guns in America, and they didn't bring them?  Why not?

The video shows the protesters were peaceful, and the cops started firing flashbangs, teargas and rubber bullets into the crowd BEHIND the people AT the barriers, which of course will force people to move in all directions away from where the projectiles were landing.

The police initiated the violence, and feds had people in the crowd agitating violence.
The police have admitted this in testimony in court, under oath.  But I'm sure you aren't aware of that either.

So you are saying that the police have admitted in court, under oath that they initiated the violence and had people in the crowd agitating violence?

Do you have a link that would substantiate that claim?

Do you believe that Ashli was within her rights to break through the barrier window inside the Capitol even after Officer Byrd, with his weapon drawn, had ordered her to stand down?   A simple yes or no will suffice, please.

Do I accept an officer has the right to use deadly force on someone trespassing? No. And neither does he or he would have shot more than one person entering through the window.

That being said, I don't understand anyone's need to enter through a window when the cops were holding the door open.

why can't you just answer a simple yes or no?
Byrd didn't need to shoot more than one.  The crowd got the message after the first one.

And Ashli was not simply trespassing.  She was part of a lynch mob trespassing with the intent to do bodily harm to the Vice President.

And some Capitol police may very well have held doors open after it became apparent that they were totally outnumbered and overwhelmed, but Officer Byrd stood his post behind a locked door and barrier and didn't hold anything open for anyone.

He was able to ascertain the intent of this woman coming through the window? That's a stretch.

Now we've settled on the fact shooting the woman didn't deter the mob and the cops just threw in the towel and held open the doors? That makes the shooting less senseless than it was before.
