Yes, Miller light did do some stupid commercials.  But, here's the deal:

• I choose not to boycott Miller Light, because they were far less stupid and snotty to their customers than Budweiser was. 
• And, I like the taste of Miller and Miller Light. 
• Plus, if you think Miller Light hasn't taken note of Budweiser's Blunder, THEY SURE AS **** HAVE.
• When you decide to Boycott a brand(s), you choose the company that was the worst actor of them all, and that most definitely, by a long shot, is InBev-Budweiser.

I occasionally drink MGD when no one is looking. When people are around, it's newcastle brown ale or guiness. And often when they're not around - I like the stuff. But MGD brings me back to my white trash roots.

I do not know how many people believe that Heineken is a German beer brewed in Germany.
They are functionally illiterate and have never bothered to read the label. Or perhaps they think that Netherlands is part of Germany.
For a boycott to succeed, one needs to get a lot of stupid people to join. Even if it is for a just cause.
Is a company printing a woman on the can a serious issue? I do not think so.

lol.. all the charts I can access show a drop in the price of InBev stock after they put that tranny on the can, you are too dim to admit you are wrong..

Oh, this certainly has some consequences for certain marketing executives of InBev, I would love to be a fly on the wall at the board meeting when they discuss the latest sale figures...

I've been drinking Yuengling Light - great beer, and I like Miller Light. I actually was a Bud Light and Ultra beer drinker.  No more for me. There are really a lot of decent beers out there.  This has given me the motivation to explore some others.

AB-InBev is a huge conglomeration of breweries.  The catastrophic mistake they made was "pandering", and pandering to the wrong demographic.  What were they thinking?  Here's the best I can explain it.  They got too big for themselves, and believed their existing market was "sticky", in that older conservatives just weren't going to switch beers. They thought, and this is from the top down, that they could do and say whatever they wanted to.  That their existing market would shut up and just buy their beer.  Clearly this was a huge miscalculation on their part.  There's no doubt in my mind that what they did was intentional - they were just too arrogant to understand their customer base.  Now, they are paying for it.  And, they will pay for it for a long time.

This marketing-folly will go down in history as one that no company will ever want to repeat.  Get back to the business of making what you make and stay out of politics and "woke" tends, which are deeply disturbing and unpopular among more than 50% of Americans. In other words, don't be a Dumb-**** and support other people's causes just because they demand it.

You are angry, I can see that.  Yes, the Conservative boycott wave of Budweiser (and InBev in general) over its embrace of ridiculous "woke" agendas, has been quite effective.  They are calling this the biggest marketing blunder of all times, and even with that, most reporters still do not fully understand what happened and what was at stake.

From your perspective, I can see how this can be a big, red, daunting storm cloud.  If I were a Democrat who survives by pushing woke agendas, I'd be very, very scared too.

The champagne of beers - I used to love drinking that stuff, but its loaded with calories.  Funny, when I drank it as an early 20-something, I considered it a "classy" beer. White trash beer was Carlings Black Label.

Yup. Bapst, Busch and Lucky Lager (a local WA beer) were the white trash beers. Those, and that god-awful Mickey's Big Mouth.
