So you are saying that someone can DEFACE their own body as much as they want, and if a MAN attempts to alter themselves to APPEAR to be a WOMAN, they are STILL GENETICALLY A MAN!!

See, that's pretty easy. 2 GENDERS- MALE AND FEMALE and no matter how much altering you do, you are STILL the one you were born with!!

I think that the people who make the rules can easily decide who is eligible and who is not. I know that I do not care.
