Japan started the war with the US. Nothing anyone did to the buffaloes or the Indians was remotely related in any way to this.  Japan invaded China in the 1930;s and committed war crimes while using US petroleum, so the US cut them off.

Vietnam happened long after WWII was over.
Who buys US bonds?  Very few European individuals, most bonds are bought by banks. US bonds are more profitable and secure investments than he bonds of other countries.

The government of the US has no way to force White Americans to reproduce in significant numbers. The main groups of White folks that have large families are religious groups like the Mormons, the Amish, the Mennonites and the Witlesses. And the Witlesses do not believe in voting.

The US has a consumer economy that requires constant growth. But the wealthiest Americans- White folks refuse to have large families.
The only way that the US population can grow is to subsidize the present nonwhite population or to admit more immigrants.
