Afghanistan was of course, a bad idea from the start, because there was no exit strategy. 
But the evacuation from Afghanistan was clearly done better than in Vietnam. 
Using helicopters made perfect sense in both cases. The photo is just propaganda for the dummies.

We never went to war In Syria.  FWIW, Bashar Al-Assad is probably the best Syria could hope for.  I've got no problem with the guy.  Almost looks respectable for an arab.

I don't know if he will or won't debate him.  Usually it doesn't make any sense if someone is way ahead in the polls to debate someone who has half your numbers.  Only the weaker candidate can win support in that situation.

Sure there was - to kill more rag-heads.  Here's the deal.  If a nations sponsors a military organization which attacks another nation, be prepared for the End Times, Holy Living Blazing Hell to rain down upon you.  There is NOTHING that we did to the people of Afghanistan that shouldn't have been done.  And, there is much that, frankly, I think we left on the table in the name of civility.  What was called for was a scorched earth campaign to annihilate any living thing within the borders of Afghanistan.  And, as soon as some Paki **** crossed the border, the End Times should have been visited upon that country as well. 

To placate you liberals, we would call it the "Climate-Population Reduction Giving Back To The Earth" campaign.

The Afghan people are not enemies of our country.
Bides was the only president smart enough to see that Afghanistan was a lost cause and he got out, even though Trump had already signed an agreement to leave and set Biden up for failure.   The US military evacuated more people than anyone has ever managed to evacuate from anywhere, ever. The 13 soldiers that were killed were no killed by the Taliban, but by a different fanatical group.

Murdering civilians is always a bad idea.
