Funny, I’ve been to a bunch of more northern states. Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland. You can keep your **** *** winters where the road salt rots your piece of **** car away. These areas are so god damned “progressive” yet they boast some of the highest cost of living areas in the nation. Democrats are all hypocrites.

1.  If the results of a presidential election are overturned by a bloodless coup - and had the insurrectionists of 1/6/21 been successful in convincing VP Pence to toss out the officially certified results of the electoral college that is exactly what would have happened - our democracy would have ended.  There have been plenty of bloodless coups that succeeded without the support of any branch of the military.  Lech Walęsa, and Mahātmā Gandhi quickly come to mind.  Now... you may very well think that success on 1/6/21 would have been GOOD for America, but it would definitely NOT have been good for American DEMOCRACY.

2.  The clown and his army of supporters and his Kraken Team of top-notch lawyers had pleaded his case for delaying certification in courtrooms throughout the land for MONTHS prior to 1/6/21 - and they were laughed out of every single one of them.  What the protesters on 1/6/21 wanted was THEIR WAY.  They wanted THEIR GUY to be president and they were willing to toss our democracy on the bone pile in order to accomplish it.  And your "false flag" conspiracy theory is just that... more partisan opinionated **** without evidence and without merit.

4.  I understand that those of us in uniform don't get to pick and chose the wars we fight or the enemies we confront.  Nonetheless, by any measure, our 20-year misadventure in Afghanistan was a total waste of American blood and treasure, and the sooner the hemorrhaging of both stopped, the better for our nation.  We fought the Taliban while trying to create, teach, support, and prop up a government that never had the support of the Afghan people and clearly never would.  When we left, that government was replaced by the same people we had been fighting.  It would have ended the same way if we had waited ten more years.  We were continuing to throw away American treasure and spill American blood for no discernable purpose.  Do you really think that continuing to spill American blood simply to honor the American blood that was earlier spilled is a valid rationale for remaining in Afghanistan?  I don't.  

And, as an aside... I would recommend you install Grammarly or at least some spell checker.  Reading your posts makes me really question your intellect.  You write with all the finesse of a third grader with Down syndrome.

It certainly can be construed that way.  More is a word that can not only indicate a greater quantity but also an increasing extent or degree.  More, as in more people, or more, as in more extreme, more maudlin, more inane.  There are only SIX states more northern than Maine, and the ones you listed are not among them.  Additionally, if you are to say that you have been to MORE Northern states than Maine meaning a greater quantity, that strongly implies that you have, in fact, been to Maine and more states in addition to it. 

Your sentence would have been grammatically correct and would have avoided ambiguity if you had said "other northern states".  I would suggest getting a copy of Grammarly for your computer. It might help you overcome your composition deficit and avoid sounding like the illiterate cracker that you clearly are.  

And you should probably lose the homophobe insults... after a while, they really begin to sound like almost subconscious transference on your part.

We don’t know what FBI agents did or didn’t do. We haven’t been given access to the surveillance tapes. There hasn’t been a satisfactory answer about who Ray Epps is and how he relates to the events of 1/6. He was an instigator who has miraculously avoided prosecution. There are more questions than answers.
