It is pretty clear that Black Americans deserve representation on the Supreme Court. Clarence Thomas is NOT any sort of kindred spirit to most Black Americans. He is corrupt and incompetent.

White mainstream Protestants have zero representation on the Court. Roman Catholics are greatly over represented.

The idea of a lifetime appointment was a bad idea and terms of appointment need to be changed.

I am neither, asshole.
There is a great documentary on PBS describing Thomas' life in great detail. I find it to be accurate.
Black People I know, and I used to work with many of them, have told me that they would be much happier had Anita Hill been on the Court rather than  Thomas. 

Thomas is corrupt, that is undeniable. He is a Supreme Court Justice who claims not to understand the Income Tax Laws. His wife is paid hundreds of thousands and he does not declare her income on his joint return.
He was a bad choice for the Court.  He should be impeached and removed.

Behar is a progressive white nutcase ....whose net worth is 40 million and has an annual salary 
of 8 million and lives in a gated white community in the Hamptons ​ and also owns a home on the upper west side of Manhattan ......
For her to claim that she understands the plight of poor Black people while accusing successful black people of not understanding where they came from is an insult to all black people.
