As for the genetic component, there is none.  Trans is an indoctrinated delusion foisted on kids by the me generation that want their kids to be special because they were raised by the absent parenting generation.

What do you think society should do to prevent children from being alienated from society?

No one is preforming surgery on anyone against their will.

Minors are being castrated and mastectomized.  Minors have not reached the age of majority and do not have a will apart from the influence of their parents and others; therefore, castrations and surgery are being performed on children against their will. 
 

Children cannot consent to sex. Children cannot consent to genital mutilation. Pretty simple.

Your opinion that there is no genetic component is about as good as any opinion you might have on life after death. Something explains transgenders and the fact they can spring up in non trans environments does not comport with grooming.

Might just be homosexuality, which has never been uncommon. Might be tempting to someone discovering homosexual desires to think he or she might be
meant to belong to the appealing gender. Who knows? What's wrong is to invent judgments about it in ignorance.

Homosexuality is almost unheard of in the Muslim world because it is strongly frowned upon. The more we promote alternative lifestyles the more common they will become. I am all for tolerance of ideas and lifestyles that aren't my own. When it devolves into forced acceptance and forced celebration I take issue.

Gay women are not even acknowledged to be a thing among Muslims, and of course, all the possible morals police in Muslim countries are men, so they would have zero access to individual women in their own homes.

There are gays and Lesbians everywhere on this planet. In some countries it is considered normal, in others it is prohibited by custom by law, or both, so gay sex is something done in secret.
