He will declare someone an enemy and hand down his punishment by putting them on ignore... and then almost instantly he starts being all friendly and cordial with like minded members of the person he just "punished" in an attempt to show that person just what they lost by pissing him off and getting put on ignore.
It never lasts though. He'll eventually get all liquored up one night and turn back into his usual hateful self and start berating everyone about how sorry they are by not serving as gallantly and honorably as he did in the service, and how his life is so much better than theirs.
It's a pattern.

some non binaries are confused girls and women and of course they menstruate. and this can't be used as proof that transwomen (who are born men) menstruate.
