He's a puerto rican - a foreigner. I don't care if he thinks he's a US citizen, he's not. Puerto Ricans need to go back to Pureto Rico and Mexicans need to go back to Mexico. We don't need Pureto Rican land as a US territory. Give them their sovereignty.
