         I'm thinking it has to put the parents in a tough spot too....
Their kid was promised and excited about getting to dress as an Honorary Disney Princess, or chivalrous Royal Knight for the day.... The family arrives at the shop, only to be greeted at the entrance by a ridiculous mustached deviant in makeup and a dress -- announcing himself as a Fairy Godmother Apprentice..... What choice do the parents have?.... Turn around, refuse to go in, and be left with a heartbroken kid on their hands ---- or walk in, don't make a scene, and explain to your child later what the **** that creature was trying to help them select their costume?

These people could care less what the parents want.

The kids are their target.

This would have given me nightmares when I was a kid!

We're now forced to get an accurate report on the "wokeness" of any place we'd care to take our kids and grandkids before making a commitment to bring them anywhere!
