I think I am much more worried about some gun-toting RWNJ shooting up their school. Grooming isn't really a very big issue up here in Maine. 30% of High Schoolers in Maine are "identifying" as LGBTQXYZ in 2023. Higher that any other State in the Nation and definitely higher than the National averages.

I have a son who has been teaching middle school and high school students for nearly a quarter of a century. He has certainly seen a rise in LBTGQ students but does see evidence of those students being "groomed", but rather that the attitudes among young people are profoundly more accepting of non-traditional sexual identities than the attitudes of their parents or assholes like you. And if the environment in the school is not hostile, kids feel safer being who they are openly.
Again... I would rather have a school full of cross-dressing boys in dresses than a school full of Eric Harris/Dylan Klebold/Adam Lanza/Salvadore Ramos wannabes. Apparently you wouldn't.
I think that people should get to decide how they want to live their own lives. I DO NOT support allowing minors to have gender reassignment surgery and think that decision should not be made until one has reached adulthood. Barring that. Live and let live. Teachers should teach the course curriculum and not be forced to be child psychiatrists as well.
