what a **** moron.

What are they saying?  They are saying they support FDR's policies.
Dear retarded man,

FDR persecuted gays as Assistant Secretary of the Navy and the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). He literally set honey traps targeting them, and when questioned why, he responded: “I did it for the uplift of humanity and the Navy.” After the sting rounded up a score of gay men, he put them in solitary for more than a hundred days before they were officially charged with sodomy and “scandalous conduct.”

And let me save you some embarrassment. He did NOT cool off on the topic during his presidency. You know - the presidency whose policies you claim to support, research guy?

Thank you for standing with me against the scourge of sodomy, fruitcake.

You can't  charge Trump UNLESS YOU ALSO CHARGE BIDEN because the SAME RULES APPLY TO YOUR **** BOY TOO!!

Sucks you have to admit that, right belcher.
1.  DOJ extends benefit of the doubt to senators and members of the exec branch. If such persons have them, they must agree fully to return the documents and they will be assumed to have acquired them inadvertently.   Their policy is not to prosecute unless there are aggravating circumstances
such as 'obstruction' and factors which reveal mens rea of willful and deliberate attempt to withhold NDI docs from the government.

2.  The above does not apply to Biden and Pence, but does apply to Trump.

So, in gay world, anyone can just sneak anything away and store it in extremely insecure manners, and that's okay.

And you know this through osmosis as part of the whole gay experience, or this is actual homosexual doctrine?

Due to 4k character limit, reply is in two parts

PART ONE
Beekeeper » 06 Jun 2023, 12:06 pm » wrote: !. Trump STATED he DECLASSIFIED documents. Moot point on your part.
Violation of the Espionage act does not depend on any classification regime (this is fact).. If there is a conviction, far more weight will be given to DNI damage assessments (in my opinion, based on an interview I watched on TV with a former DOJ prosecutor, but it is logical).
2. Who are these "witnesses" you claim exist. HEARSAY at best,.
You tell me. Rep Comer keeps saying there is a whistleblower, who disappeared, but there is an 'informant' who disappeared. Dan Abrams (lawyer, host on NewsNation, a centrist, said that the informant was relying on hearsay). But, where are they?  They are nowhere to be found.
3. According to WHOM?? A CNNaganda source?? PROOF, ****, PROOF, and you have MORE HEARSAY!! Fact is, when a SEARCH WARRANT is executed, NO ONE remains inside the property to be searched, as happened HERE, so you are full of **** on this one.
BING AI SEARCH:  According to The Washington Post1, two of Donald Trump’s employees moved boxes of papers the day before an early June visit by FBI agents and a prosecutor to the former president’s Florida home to retrieve classified documents. The report states that prosecutors believe this development is suspicious and that the employees conducted a “dress rehearsal” for concealing sensitive papers.NBC News2 also reported that one of Donald Trump’s employees told FBI agents that the former president ordered boxes of documents at Mar-a-Lago to be moved before federal agents searched the property. The worker’s account offers new details about activity at Trump’s Florida estate as investigators sought evidence related to a subpoena for any classified documents.CNN3 also reported that a Trump employee has told the FBI about being directed by the former President to move boxes out of a basement storage room to his residence at Mar-a-Lago after Donald Trump’s legal team received a subpoena for any classified documents at the Florida estate.

Note that any 'kill-the-messenger' tactics are pseudo debate tricks.  You'd have a point with extremely partisan rags like JustTheNews and TheGateway Pundit, gut not major news networks.  Do they get it right all the time?  No, but kill-the-messenger arguments are dismissed as incompetent. Challenge the message, not the messenger, please.

PART TWO

4. His entire legal team were in negotiations for return of whatever the Archivist wanted. It was a PURELY POLITICAL ATTACK before an election used to discredit Trump and for NO OTHER REASON.
IF that were true, no federal magistrate, given that we are talking about the home of a former US PRESIDENT, would not have signed that search warrant. He would make damn sure there is more than adequate predication, probable cause, for such a warrant, because anything less would reap monumental backlash because he is now signing a search warrant in a national spotlight.  So your contention defies logic, and is clearly inaccurate, as in hogswallop.
And if you are going to use the SAME CRAP (set of standards) you claim applies to Trump, it APTLY APPLIES TO YOUR BOY BIDEN only worse since his THEFT OF CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS had them scattered EVERYWHERE and with NO SECURITY to "guard" them. Inside his garage, on a shelf behind his Corvette is NOT "secure" ANYTHING.
How many times do you people have to be told?
1  Trump is going to be indicted soon for obstruction of justice related to the willful and deliberate theft of national defenses information TS documents in violation of the Espionage Act for which considerable aggravating circumstances prove this beyond a reasonable doubt
2.  In Biden and Pence's case, these aggravating circumstances are absent.
3.  The DOJ's policy default extended to Senators and Exec branch members is to assume docs acquired inadvertently, and not to prosecute unless there are aggravating circumstances. See #2, above.

Get over it.

AI"s assessment nails it:  AI Prompt: Critique Cannonpointer's argument (submitted in full).
  1. Ad hominem: Personal attacks on the individual instead of addressing the substance of their argument.
  2. Straw man: Misrepresenting or exaggerating the opponent's position to make it easier to attack.
  3. Hasty generalization: Drawing a conclusion about a whole group based on a limited sample or anecdotal evidence.
  4. Appeal to ridicule: Dismissing an argument by mocking or ridiculing the opponent rather than addressing their points.
  5. False cause: Assuming a causal relationship between two events without sufficient evidence.
  6. Red herring: Introducing irrelevant or unrelated information to divert attention from the main argument.
  7. Loaded language: Using emotionally charged words or phrases to evoke a specific reaction without providing substantial evidence or reasoning.

I don't use AI for data points.  Any data pont offered must be fact checked, it says so in the instructions on how to use the app.

I use it for URL sources and text summaries and critiques, both faculties to which it excels.

Again, if there is a dispute, challenge the text.  The argument the text, that is all that matters.  I put my name on anything I post.

All 'attack-the-messenger' tactics are pseudo debate tricks.  Attack the message, not the messenger.

THere are exceptions, such as quoting a tabloid, or the GatewayPundit, but short of that, ATM replies are summarily rejected.

Another thing, a lot of folks are getting bad information because they haven't learned the fine art of PROMPT ENGINEERING , which is an emerging field in AI.

Fog in, fog out.  Concrete info in, Concrete info out.  Robust in, Robust out.  That's how it works,  But still, one must fact check.  It comes with the territory.

Debate the argument, not the arguer.

Attack the message, not the messenger.  All that matters is the argument offered.

That's not a cop out, that's internet etiquette going back to the 90s and the days of Usenet.

Are there exceptions?  Sure, quoting the National Tattler, for example, or some egregious tabloid.  The GatewayPundit is notoriously on par with tabloids.

But, short of that, debate the argument, and not the one making it.

Here is a good gauge, click on the image for a closer view:
