Buttweiser is despirate. Trying to rise from the dead. And, IMO, Harley Davidson is crazy to have that association, and may be treading on thin sales because of it.
Like partnering with Typhoid Mary.
My respect for Harley just took a hit. And a ****.

Yeah, I'm not sure what Harley Davidson thinks its going to get out of any partnership with Queer-Beer.  But, maybe Harley knows more about their riders than I do....Image

this does not seem like a wise move for Harley Davidson. Their sales have been stagnating if not declining. Personally, I have never romanticized them. Main reason is my dad and his friends having Harleys from 1976 to 1981 that were constantly needing repairs.

I think many people buy them due to their American beginnings. Now, whether they realize it or not, they're riding something more foreign made than American.

Those were the AMF Harleys, and yes, they were pretty much garbage.

I can understand that sentiment. It would be cool if it was completely American-made but good old economics gets in the way.

One exception...when the Italians made them. The Aermacchi-made was decent.

It was such a buzz kill. I would get all sorts of amped up. They would go out for a ride to one of the reservoirs in Southern Idaho on various Saturdays and go fishing. While I did not care about fishing yet.. I was going to be able to ride a Harley. And Friday night.. the inevitable trip to the parts store and most times..by mid-saturday they would put it in the garage and call it a day.

I used to work with a guy that rode a '77 Sportster Ironhead and I swear he spent more time wrenching than riding... probably by 2 to 1.

That bike always marked it's territory with an oil spot on the ground anywhere he went. Where we worked started making him park on a big piece of flat cardboard when he rode it to work because the oil was ruining the parking lot.

I heard of them, but don't know much about them. I think they were the outfit that had the brand when it was bought by AMF in the mid 60's if I'm not mistaken.

Harley Davidson doesn't need a black eye from Bud Lite-In-The-Loafers.

...or a brown eye. If this "partnership" is real, **** them too.

They should have stayed away.
Pandering, marketing, manipulating so easily.
Will bikers be that pliable?
Please seat yourself.

The Harley Davidson COMPANY may get some kick back or some kind of benefit.
Why else would they do this *** ****?
However, it in NO WAY ingratiates the riders and buyers of their products.

If I were a hard core Harley guy, you'd NEVER see a Budweiser in my hand ever again.
Hopefully this just puts free money into HD's coffers... and gets a big **** you from the bikers.
Please seat yourself.
