 The Congress has no right to any document that is part of an ongoing investigation, it's a separation of powers thing. Your contention, though true, does not refute this fact. Constitutionally minded Justices will no doubt agree on that point. Also note that the point is moot given that Dir Wray has invited any congressperson to view the document in question at the FBI headquarters in a secure setting.  They don't need to possess the document, but they can view it, as the invitation was given by Wray.  Also note that the Durham Report made no claim that the FBI was corrupt, nor did the IG Report by Horowitz. In point of fact, the Durham Report only mentioned the term 'corrupt' 6 or 7 times and in each instance, it was in reference to something other than the FBI. I know, I checked.  So, your claim is without evidence. 

THere is no way in hell a budget that does not fund the FBI will ever be signed by the President.

Then, shut it down.  Shut down the entire stinking government.  For a month.  A year.  Forever if that's what it takes.

Take note of the Bud-Light boycott.  These same people will be voting in Congressmen who have the balls to shut the government down until all the FBI is nothing more than dust in the wind.
