well, I'm with you on the "I knew early on" after I met Betty Jo Beolovski, or was it Audrey Farber? Maybe it was Nancy...   it was so looooong ago Catherwood...

the "power of suggestion" has been studied endlessly...People with low suggestibility are not as easily influenced by the words of others. People with high suggestibility have a hard time recalling memories, as they can easily get distorted over time due to outside influence. In addition, they are more susceptible to bad influences altering their behavior due to peer pressure. Scientists believe that people have higher suggestibility if they are:

• younger
• more emotional
• have a lower self-esteem
• less skeptic

People with high suggestibility are more likely to alter their behavior at the advice of others, while people with low suggestibility are less likely to do so.

this fits into my argument that children should not be exposed to this crap...

different cultures have different viewpoints about gender roles.  I would suggest that, if you really agree with THEIR take on the subject, maybe you should try to learn how to throw a spear, and then, go win yourself a wife you can go kill goats for.

HMM, the West has existed for 100 of years with the same view of gender.

Its only the last few decades that diseased gender identities have popped up.
