BIDEN HELD ONTO CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS HE OBTAINED AS VICE PRESIDENT LONGER THAN IS PERMISSABLE IF IN FACT HE APPLIED FOR THE PROPER RELEASE OF THEM THAT IS QUESTIONABLE
