The crime was the sporting of a penis in the women's locker room.
If there was any crime at all besides that, it would be simple assault. Creating an offense called a "hate crime" is unlawful in itself. Most assaults are not filled with love. It's an assault, period. It's a crime to punish someone because of what a person is thinking.
Isn't a hate crime a felony? So, this woman will become a convicted felon and spend time in prison for slapping a male sexual deviant who didn't belong in the female locker room? Makes perfect sense to me.
Someone should do a bit of hunting if the woman goes to prison.
