Biden and Pence instantly cooperated with authorities to return any document the archives requested.

Had Trump acted the same way then he’d not be prosecuted today.

However, the only “smoking gun” of why Trump kept so many documents so far, is he wanted to impress the girls at Mari Largo.

Which however immoral that is, it should be a matter best left up to Melania as to how it’s handled.

And the law is clear, even though Mister Honeypot will never admit he was wrong about it, that intent to harm the US is not an element of the crime that Trump is charged with.  Intent to give oneself a venereal disease doesn't count.  The element of the crime that distinguishes Trump from Biden is willful retention.  Trump was repeatedly asked to return documents and steadfastly refused.  Once Biden became aware of documents in his possession, he immediately arranged for their safe return . Tell Honeyboy he should stick to his hives and leave the lawyering to someone else!

So you can't show us where there is ANYTHING in the law that gives Biden a "get out of jail free" card because he "Turned over documents he stole". Just MORE of your obfuscation and deflection from the FACT THAT BIDEN STOLE DOCUMENTS AND HELD THEM FOR YEARS IN UNSECURED LOCATIONS AND HAD U.S. SECRETS HE COULD HAVE (and likely DID) used for his own enrichment!!!

And because Trump has the Presidential Records Act to FULLY SUPPORT his actions and Biden DOESN'T, you want to use some OTHER law to persecute TRUMP and give your boy BIDEN a pass!

And one needs to recall that the longstanding policy of the DoJ, and one that prevented Mueller from indicting Trump at the conclusion of his investigation, is that we don't indict sitting presidents. If someone wants to take a run at Joe for his document misadventures, they'll probably need to wait until January of 2029.

Trump is guilty of embellishment and bravado. The presidential records act has no criminal penalties. The espionage battery of laws have no clause allowing their nullification through expedient compliance. You either broke them or you did not. Precedent set by Clinton's sock drawer applies to Trump's bathroom as well as Bidens garage. 

Part of me hopes democrats succeed in jailing Trump over this and prevent him from running. Trumps name in the general election will drive democrats to the polls in record numbers. His prosecution will do the same for conservatives. If democrat dogs catch this mail truck then they will lose 2024 in a landslide.
