The Espionage Act of 1917; Sedition Act cartoonAspects of the Espionage Act and of the Sedition Act of 1918, which later amended it, sought to stifle any criticism of the government or the war and allowed the Postmaster General to intercept mail containing such criticisms. These acts were controversial, as they clearly infringed upon Americans’ First Amendment right of free speech. The more restrictive Sedition Act was repealed in December 1920, but not before federal prosecutors brought charges against more than two thousand individuals for alleged violations. The Espionage Act is still in existence and has been the grounds for prominent espionage convictions throughout the last century, including:Julius and Ethel Rosenberg: After spying for the Soviets during World War II, including passing secrets about the development of the atomic bomb, the Rosenbergs were convicted of espionage in 1951 and, in 1953, became the only American citizens ever executed for the crime

Typically, federal ranking officials are highly protective of classified material, knowing that even a lapse in the handling of one document could get them in trouble with the law, or land them in jail. Smith’s indictment alleges that Trump kept scores of documents in a shower, a ballroom and even a bathroom at his heavily trafficked Mar-a-Lago resort. It also alleges that he showed off a hugely sensitive military document to several guests at his Bedminster golf club and admitted that he couldn’t declassify it since he was no longer president. Some of the material he had refused to give back to the government related to nuclear capabilities of the US and foreign countries.

The Espionage Act was written more than 30 years before the concept of "classification" was created. Classification is never mentioned. The Espionage Act criminalizes a broad array of conduct related to the mishandling of sensitive government records connected to the "national defense," a term generally referring to military records that if disclosed could damage U.S. national security. We know he had them. We know he showed them to people without security clearances or the need to know the information contained in them. Whether he "declassified" them or not does not make them any less vital to our national defense.
Keeping secrets on the need to know basis, correct? Doesn't every great great grandchild need to learn about equally adapting to space for the time they have being alive cradle to grave(conceived to dead)?

Evolution includes time from dead to decomposed is still occupying time shared as reproductively present now.

So what?   Was this from 2 or 3 years ago, which has no military value now?
And again, Title 1, Section 1 says he has to have INTENT to harm America.

How is Jack Smith going to prove that was the case?
There is a difference between a threat to "national security" and a threat to the "security state apparatus". Trump is a threat to the later.  That is why the "dictator in chief" braindead biden had his political rival arrested. The **** of banana republics!!!

Circumstantial evidence is just that, circumstantial. Everything circumstantial are facts created by relative time logistics fitting social agendas of typecasting ancestries into stereotypical behavioral patterns of the social order they choose to believe in not evolving as displaced. Race, creed, color, national origin, gender bias, generation gap achieved after birth, ideology followed cradle to grave, each generation forward, etc.

All mind over matter honoring symbolism over substance narratives. Devil's advocates regulating rule of law demanding ancestries become people of contextual souls making tomorrow better than ancestry delivered lifetimes so far, or else anyone not complying faces insubordination, treason, blasphemy against any working reality past or currently evolving somewhere between the 5 generation gaps left living forward here.

The tyranny in democracy, socially managed conscience(ballots over bullets) from ideologies honored until extinction. Eternal damnation of everyone ignoring genetics eternally separates their time biologically present in an ever changing form arrived since conceived to replace previous 4 living generation gap relatives.

Saving a reality is ignoring your future to relive ancestral mistakes over and over. Is that insanity or eternal hell? Actually both. Original sin and final conflict.

So what?? You need to PROVE THAT WHAT HE SAID IS WHAT HAPPENED!!

ANYONE can say whatever they want and it NOT BE TRUE, but "bragging", which Trump is notorious for. AND you have to PROVE, even if he DID say it, that it HARMED THE NATION under your little Espionage Act claim that you want to hang him with!!

YOU can say you are a billionaire, but that doesn't mean you are, ****!!

Ten sensitive documents were found at the Penn Biden Center.

Additional classified documents were found in President Biden’s Delaware home.
