Proof braindead biden was caught and let off the hook.
If I get caught speeding and cooperate with the officer does that mean I get off without a ticket?
Doesn't matter, braindead biden had classified documents stored at multiple locations and he wasn't even POTUS nor did he have the authority to declassify them!!! And people without clearance found them!!!

Only two of the five sub-articles require intent.

Intent needs to be proven for violations of the first two subsections only.
Purpose needs to be proven in the first three subsections only.
The fourth subsection requires neither purpose nor intent, only the willful transmission or communication.
The fifth doesn't even require wilful transmission or communication, but merely gross negligence.
