Of course she was.  The opinion of the Maine Supreme Court and the Federal Appeals courts stand...and they vindicate her.  Her decision had nothing to do with race, but rather education, and the appeals process validated that decision.

This is why no one believes anything you say.  You can't even be honest about something this simple.

Pretty simple.  A trial judge, the Maine Supreme Court and the Federal Appeals Court all listened to the arguments made by the defense attorney and all found them without merit.  All of them agreed that my daughter's rationale for disqualifying a juror based upon his lack of education did not violate the Batson rule.  That's a fact.

Civil, contract, and criminal codes of laws ordering people to comply with ideologies one way or another and then you bitch about a 2 tiered legal system with leaderships declaring diplomatic immunity from the laws ordering contract and civil behavior as a community of like minded people and political parties and spiritual congregations always in conflicting interpretations on same issues.

Where’s Braindead biden’s indictment? He had classified state secrets in his garage and inside his Delaware residence. Brainddead biden left classified materials at multiple locations. Will he be charged once he’s left office? Also, Jack, where have you been? We have 2 systems of justice: one where dim-0-craps get away with everything and another where repulsives get wrapped up in political theater. 

The timing of this indictment is highly suspect!!!

The FBI is covering up for braindead biden and crackhead hunter. The timing of this indictment speaks to that, dropping hours after an incriminating document is revealed showing that a foreign national might have bribed braindead biden to the tune of $5 million. The many titted empress mishandled classified information while she was SoS, using and unauthorized and unsecured server to do all her official work. She was never indicted, and she deleted 30,000 emails under subpoena. That the laws of this country apply to everyone—don’t make me laugh, homey. Braindead biden allegedly took bribes and mishandled classified documents, but he’ll get away with it. That’s the end note to this chaotic scene.

I agree...they definitely wanted Trump's indictment to go out at the same time evidence on Biden was released by the FBI.

This is actually good news...it means the DOJ knows the evidence on Biden is damning so they wanted to fill the news cycle with the indictment.

Will you think beyond the topic of indictment. It was obvious what the man has done for 50 years as a lifetime politician fleecing other people's ancestries for his own family's gain.

Remember AOC is doing the same **** Joe was doing for 50 years in her 4 or 5 years accomplished so far. You really have to stop basing life of hope, faith, charity tomorrows delivers power, wealth, fame, without inflicting social mayhem, ancestral madness, famous leaders misrepresenting life in every category of academics, arts, economics, politics, relitions, community organizing ideas larger than genetics maintaining eternal separation of active reproductions here now.

The more the Trump haters try to harass him out of the race, the more I want to vote for him.

As we are all painfully aware, the Democrats don’t wait until it’s election time to interfere with an election. They’re on it way ahead of schedule. Lefties want Donald Trump off of the 2024 ballot, and they don’t care how badly they pervert the law to make that happen.

Matt has the story of the latest interference:

Former President Trump claims that he has been indicted by a federal grand jury for mishandling classified material by retaining sensitive documents from his White House tenure at his Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago.

If true, this would be Trump’s second indictment since leaving office, but his first on federal charges, and completely unprecedented, considering that the administration of his political rival, Joe Biden, has indicted him. The charges are especially troubling in light of the fact that Joe Biden was revealed earlier this year to have mishandled classified documents despite having had no legal authority to declassify them.

Joe Biden is guilty of pretty much everything. Trump is a halo-wearing saint compared to President LOLEightyOneMillion and his drug-dealing kid. Biden has classified document from the days when MTV still played music videos but no one in the Justice Department wants to upset the pudding-brained boss.

While Team Biden works overtime to smear Trump, it still keeps sinking in the corruption mud. This is from Kevin:

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene released a videotaped statement today claiming she saw — after much delay — the FBI document detailing how then-VP Biden took $5 million to press a Ukrainian official to fire the prosecutor who was investigating Burisma Holdings, a Kyiv-based energy company.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is the greatest weapon that the Republicans have in Congress right now. She has zero you-know-whats to give about anything and is relentless when going after all the sleaze in the Biden administration. Give me five more of her, and the GOP will never lose another election.

Joe Biden and his pathetic coke-fiend son should both be in jail right now. The Democrats, however, are a very successful crime organization that keeps Joey and Son safe. Their Soviet-like attacks on Trump work because the rule of law in this country was long ago flushed down the toilet.

If the Democrats have their way, there won’t be an election next year. I usually enjoy being right, but this one is rough.
