Pretty simple. A trial judge, the Maine Supreme Court and the Federal Appeals Court all listened to the arguments made by the defense attorney and all found them without merit. All of them agreed that my daughter's rationale for disqualifying a juror based upon his lack of education did not violate the Batson rule. That's a fact.golfboy » 09 Jun 2023, 9:18 pm » wrote: ↑ Turning down a case is not an endorsement of the lower court. *******.
All it is, is judges saying "we don't have time for that ****".
This is why no one believes anything you say. You can't even be honest about something this simple.
Civil, contract, and criminal codes of laws ordering people to comply with ideologies one way or another and then you bitch about a 2 tiered legal system with leaderships declaring diplomatic immunity from the laws ordering contract and civil behavior as a community of like minded people and political parties and spiritual congregations always in conflicting interpretations on same issues.Buffalo » 10 Jun 2023, 6:23 am » wrote: ↑ Now we know why the FBI stalled last week to keep Congress from seeing the massive 10 million dollar bribery charge report against braindead biden.
The FBI didn't have Trump's indictment papers finished. Once written the FBI gave the go ahead for Congress to read the report and then dropped the indictment as cover for Fake News/braindead biden.
Braindead biden began stealing documents as a senator and hasn't stopped. Who knows what he has stolen since stealing the presidency!!! Maybe the FBI and DOJ should ask Burisma and Xi...
Braindead biden has not, to this date, even been interviewed by the special counsel "investigating" his stealing and soting of classified documents at the communist chinese funded Penn biden center and his garage in Delaware.
The duel system of justice is alive and well. Trump still causes the corrupt deep state sewer rats to **** in their pants.
You're really bringing the intelligence today aren't you?
Well then, I guess we can look forward to Trump's defense that he considered nuclear top secrets his "personal records".golfboy » 09 Jun 2023, 6:49 pm » wrote: ↑ “Under the statutory scheme established by the PRA, the decision to segregate personal materials from Presidential records is made by the President, during the President’s term and in his sole discretion, since the President is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of Presidential records during his time in office, it would be difficult for this Court to conclude that Congress intended that he would have less authority to do what he pleases with what he considers to be his personal records.
And the judge went on to say the raid at Mar A Lago was illegal: Because the audiotapes are not physically in the government’s possession, defendant submits that it would be required to seize them directly from President Clinton in order to assume custody and control over them,” Jackson noted. “Defendant considers this to be an ‘extraordinary request’ that is ‘unfounded, contrary to the PRA’s express terms, and contrary to traditional principles of administrative law.’

This is actually good news...it means the DOJ knows the evidence on Biden is damning so they wanted to fill the news cycle with the indictment.

The rules are being abused to get Trump.
I also believe the reason the elites have used every speck of their power against him is because he is an outsider and dared to support the views of average Allan and average Anne. He also dared to challenge permanent Washington and the complicit press: the swamp and the swamp thing. They could not allow this to go unpunished, and they intend to send a message to all future presidential candidates: Never stand against the one party, the uniparty, the Republicrats, the revolting Republicans and the disgusting Democrats, or we will annihilate you.
The cumulative effect of all these indictments is to sway the undecideds and deny Trump the election in 2024. So the will of the people, the vote, has already been compromised. George Soros funded both Alvin Bragg and Letitia James. Special Council Jack Smith is a Democrat.
The assumptions these ministers in the Kafkaesque Ministry of Justice are making is that their institutional power is sacrosanct and omnipotent and middle America won’t do anything to defend Trump. So he is doomed.
It’s a nefarious but a good plan. Assumptions, though, are always dangerous, because the cumulative effect of all of these indictments against Trump is to harden Trump supporters into a sharp-edged sword.

Will you think beyond the topic of indictment. It was obvious what the man has done for 50 years as a lifetime politician fleecing other people's ancestries for his own family's gain.Buffalo » 10 Jun 2023, 7:16 am » wrote: ↑ https://twitter.com/i/status/1667248345340067842
Where’s Braindead biden’s indictment? He had classified state secrets in his garage and inside his Delaware residence. Brainddead biden left classified materials at multiple locations. Will he be charged once he’s left office? Also, Jack, where have you been? We have 2 systems of justice: one where dim-0-craps get away with everything and another where repulsives get wrapped up in political theater.
The timing of this indictment is highly suspect!!!
DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
