Like I said... if there really WAS evidence she had violated the Espionage Act AND there was evidence she was behind the Steele Dossier, why didn't the GOP run DoJ of Sessions and Barr investigate/indict/prosecute her?

You really forget about domestic enemies of personal liberty to understand time while occupying space equally created to adapt as ancestrally positioned forward now?

Chain of command educating people to demand human rights to pretend life isn't self evident doesn't effect everyone each generation gap added?

Butterfly effect mm. Spiritually called karma.

What was the core of their reply about? You laugh about the post, I am laughing about the last 6 year event. In a later press conference, the Trump declared himself a “big fan” of Erdoğan, and made no criticism of the Turkish incursion.

The Court will grant the motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) because plaintiff's claim is not redressable. NARA does not have the authority to designate materials as “Presidential records,” NARA does not have the tapes in question, and NARA lacks any right, duty, or means to seize control of them. In other words, there has been no showing that a remedy would be available to redress plaintiff's alleged injury even if the Court agreed with plaintiff's characterization of the materials. Since plaintiff is completely unable to identify anything the Court could order the agency to do that the agency has any power, much less, a mandatory duty, to do, the case must be dismissed.----------------

meaning  that nara cannot decide what are presidential records.

the issue is trump having non decertified records.

and once certified documents become decertified they go into the national archives.  and they do not go with the president especially if they are still certified.
I take it you didn't read the last paragraph; the president and the president alone decides...............

After President Donald Trump said on Monday the U.S. will be "keeping the oil" in northeastern Syria, his administration is looking into the "specifics," according to a senior State Department official -- but it's prompted renewed cries that doing so is a war crime.Trump has a long history of calling for the U.S. to "take the oil" in the Middle East, in Iraq and Syria in particular. But any oil in both countries belongs to their governments, and according to U.S. law and treaties it has ratified, seizing it would be pillaging, a technical term for theft during wartime that is illegal under U.S. and international law."We're keeping the oil," Trump said Monday to a conference of police chiefs in Chicago. "I've always said that -- keep the oil. We want to keep the oil, $45 million a month. Keep the oil. We've secured the oil."

“If you read about the history of Donald Trump, I was a civilian. I had absolutely nothing to do with going into Iraq and I was totally against it,” he reminisced. “But I always used to say if they're going to go in—nobody cared that much but it got written about—if they're going to go in —I'm sure you've heard the statement because I made it more than any human being alive. If they're going into Iraq, keep the oil. They never did. They never did.”Anyone who listened to Trump on Sunday could not miss his thinking or his intent even as the same U.S. forces he ordered pulled out of Syria earlier this month were sent back in to maintain control over several oil and gas fields. The Middle East may be full of “blood-stained sand” as Trump said last week. But that’s oil-soaked sand as well. Trump is thinking, and saying, he can make a buck—or anyway his MAGA government can make a buck—by holding on to those fields.

President Donald Trump says he expects the United States to benefit by millions of dollars per month from Syria's oil revenues while US troops remain in the country. The Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has responded by accusing the US of "stealing oil" from his country and Russia, a major supporter of Mr Assad, has called it "international state banditry".So who currently controls Syria's oil production and who benefits from it?For their part, Russian forces are helping Syrians try to regain control of oil production and have their eyes on these facilities. The two countries signed an energy co-operation agreement in 2018 giving Moscow exclusive rights to rebuild the Syrian oil and gas sector. It's in this context that President Trump has declared his own interest in benefiting from the oil his troops are defending.

A question better asked of them. Perhaps because Comey didn’t recommend prosecution. Perhaps they thought it would further divide the country to prosecute a political figure such as Hillary. Perhaps Trump told them to stand down once she was politically neutered.

if trump told them to stand down it is because he is doing something worse or was planning to.
