So you can SHOW ME IN THE LAW where the NARA has the LEGAL AUTHORITY to determine PRESIDENTIAL from PERSONAL RECORDS!!!

Because you are DEAD *** WRONG, ****!!!

Seeing how BERMAN's RULING STATED THAT THE PRESIDENT HAS THAT LEGAL AUTHORITY AND NOT THE ARCHIVES!!

But even if the Court were inclined to agree with plaintiff's reassessment of President Clinton's decision, it would not alter the conclusion that the injury cannot be redressed: the PRA does not confer any mandatory or even discretionary authority on the Archivist to classify records. Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the President. 44 U.S.C. § 2203(a)- (b). While the plaintiff casts this lawsuit as a challenge to a decision made by the National Archives, the PRA makes it clear that this is not a decision the Archivist can make,J

And THAT is the reason that Trump's case is going to be DISMISSED on multiple reasons that the NARA has NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to assist ANYONE over ANY RECORDS that they "deem Presidential" since they have ZERO AUTHORITY to deem ANY RECORD ANYTHING.

That makes the RAID an UNCONSTITUTIONAL raid and any and all "evidence" collected WILL BE TOSSED and the ENTIRE CASE is now without ANY EVIDENCE of any "crime", as would any "obstruction" charge be as well.

And when I was an active duty Naval Officer, I had, in my stateroom safe, the TS (CNWDI) manuals on how to perform routine maintenance on the W44 nuclear warhead of the RUR-5 Anti-Submarine Rockets (ASROCS) that I had in my magazine.  I was not permitted to take them home with me when I left the Navy.

the PRA itself makes it quite clear what sorts of documents are PERSONAL records and what sorts of documents are PRESIDENTIAL records.  The clown does not have the authority to change those definitions.  He cannot call an apple an orange simply because he, himself, IS orange.

Dark rooms are filled with people of faith in reasonable doubt and social consensus overrides adapt or become extinct rules of balancing forward as a whole left here now is equal to total sum reproductions evolving forward now.

Jesus's Golden Rule. Treat others as you would have them treat you they're equally timed apart ancestral displacement spontaneously alive adapting in space since conceived. Nothing is fair about eternally balancing forward now. Just equally here as a replacement of one's previous 4 generation 30 DNA donors. Nobody gets a choice being added one at a time. Everything reproduced has to accept their limited time adapting in space to the society they sustain ignoring now is kinetically eternity, self evident by genetic results of the food chain native to its only atmosphere around.

Specifically their 16 great great grandparents remembered or not, 8 great grandparents still alive or not, 4 grandparents still having relationships with their children reproducing their grandchildren or not.

I have a complete understanding of genetic compounding DNA materializations of persons lived in the past past, current alive, specifically conceived in the future.

Again... the Espionage Act never even USES the word "classification".  Why is that so hard for you to understand?

Then why hasn't Biden and Hillary been accused of the same thing?  Even yer favorite centerfold Rachel Maddow admitted this whole thing against Trump is political.

You really like bouncing around on 7 axioms of intellectual truth designed by humans to govern tomorrow's results arriving here now 24/7.

Intellect isn't a higher form of evolution. Just inductive energy in a brain navigating evolving spontaneously here and simultaneously as displaced here now.

Very good question...and I have the answer.

The corrupt establishment wants to stop Trump from running in 2024. Pence is just as guilty as Joe and Hillary...Trump is not.
