14th Amendment, Section 3:
"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
Sounds like a description of the events of January 6th, starting with the "fight like hell" speech by the clown.

None of that applies to the January 6th peaceful protest, but it can apply to the 2020 Summer of ***/antifa domestic terrorism and all the dimocrats that encouraged it and bailed out the terrorists so they can re-terrorize

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people

This would only be applicable if Trump wasn't president. I know progressives believe he wasn't president but he was serving in office on January 6th. As the commander in chief he literally cannot commit insurrection. Can't happen. Using the the justice department to go after political enemies and then use the constitution to bar them from running from office is a pretty cynical tactic. If you don't care about one aspect of the justice system, why should we take you serious when you try to use the constitution to justify your position?
