Being a young, walking, toxic hormone, I chose "The Happy Hooker." I brought my report home, branded with an A+ and showed it to my parents. I don't recall getting any kudos from them for some odd reason.
5 acres is respectable. 1 acre to farm, 1 acre for a cow, 1/2 acre for chicken coop and 2 dozen laying hens, 1/2 acre for a few pig, 1/4 acre for a smokehouse, 1/4 acre for a few goats.DeplorablePatriot » 28 Jun 2023, 3:24 pm » wrote: ↑ Okay already!
5 acres, and my neighbors also have 5 acres and larger. Small county road with little use and far from the home. I'm well-aged and don't want to maintain weed control and other situations when dealing with large acreages. Pasture with some evergreens.
No, you can't have my address!

If a high school has a poster that lists websites/support groups for gays/trans.. fine. It just seems premature to be giving information about a topic as complex as sexuality at an age when kids largely do not have themselves figured out.
Bested? Patriots protect reasonable doubt. Not honest answers leaving every lifetime equally occupying time now. perpetual balancing cancels extremes on all dides of people thinking beyond self contained to their unique ancestral time displaced here now.

It's no better than listing places they can reach out to pedophile, sadist, bestiality, voyeurism or devil worship support. It has no business in any learning institution, college included.
^^^^^^ Sounds like patronizing condescension by passive aggressives convincing everyone to go their way or else all hell comes to town.impartialobserver » 30 Jun 2023, 10:32 am » wrote: ↑ College is different.. First, they are grown adults. Second, they pay to be there and therefore that puts the ball in their court. so to speak. High school.. they mostly have no control over which school they end up at. That is dictated by geography and random school district boundaries. My high school was this almost comical split... 50% from the trailer park and 50% from new, affluent subdivisions.
Anyways, back to the point. As far as I can tell.. there is zero mention of it at my kids elementary school. We have encountered gays, trans, and drag queens and my strategy is to downplay and as of yet, it works. They watched a drag queen story from a distance once and were hopelessly bored and so we moved on to the next activity. In the 2.5 years since that time.. not a single mention of it.

Once empty or sparsely populated.. many places out West have transformed into urban centers. My home town, Boise ID, is virtually unrecognizable. When I go back home, folks contend that the place is a ****. Their evidence is that because it grew from 115K in 1985 to 800K in 2023... it is a disgusted, filthy, poverty stricken ****. I grew up in the poor part of town and so know poverty.. fancy subdivisions and brand new strip malls does not qualify as a **** to me.sootedupCyndi » 10 Jul 2023, 12:27 pm » wrote: ↑ I meant it in the context of policy.
