Clearly he was elected.  That doesn't make him a capitalist.  Far from it.  He was elected at a time Americans wanted "free stuff" from the government, and this Communist was glad to give it to them for votes.  Same thing the Democrats do today - sell off our country to those who want "free stuff" for votes.
