why take your kids to a gay pride parade? First, my kids would be bored. Second, we simply avoid it when it comes to town.

It always comes down to whom you blame.. the customer (those attending the parade) or the seller (those in the parade). I always blame the customer because they are in full control. They can choose to attend or not. Can you present a non-emotional argument that shows that the customers/attendants are being forced to attend? In this case, it would be the parents.

Lets make it simple.. do you have control over what content you look at? Yes or No. If I go through all of the trouble to go to a gay pride parade or whatever... I know what I am getting myself into and so the blame is on me because I have complete control over my actions.

be okay with porn mags of all varieties in public schools.

Its all about freedom for the groomers to groom.

If you dont like it...put yer kid in a private school.

At a gay pride parade.. you do not get to this by accident. The parents had to plan for this and make the journey from point A to the parade. Public schools.. the student does not have control so not apples to apples. We have a gay pride parade in Reno.. guess what? I know where it is and therefore CHOOSE to avoid it. Now go ahead and obfuscate.. you need to be predictable.

Hmmm... a parade entails a crowd. A crowd that you do not see on an average day. So your theory is that the family would not observe this crowd? If so, you are a funny guy. I was with my kids in SF and encountered something like this.. we saw a crowd with some semi-nude circus performers in the middle and guess what.... we turned left and moved along to something else.
