If I was part of the MAGA movement I’d hate the mainstream press.

There are only a handful of top editors at just a few major news sources, that control the narrative on all major news stories.

This story happened in January.

The five policemen were all terminated or resigned today.

Within an hour all major news outlets (except Fox and all conservative media) ran it almost at the top.

And although the officers turned off their bodycams before and turned them on afterwards they were there, busted, caught, when a black man was taken to the hospital missing a tongue and most of his jaw.

The vast majority of people, even Republicans,  are decent, God fearing, moral people who do not condone such brutality.  

It’s virtue signaling.

We are so much more moral than MAGA, it screams.

It adds to the division in America of those who follow the teachings of Christ that all men are brothers, and those who do not care how immoral they appear to those who do follow the Master.

It is the perfect example of a purely evil ideology that just results in death for no justified reason. And what is even more absurd is that people like yourself actually feel morally 'superior' for buying into it.

I grew up in what I now realize was a Christian cult.

We attended church three times a week, and we read, and discussed, and debated the words of Christ every time we met.

The rule was, we had no doctrines, dogmas or creeds.

Those words Christ said, weren’t His words, but what the first Christians claimed He said. We took all of it as true, but as a true story, not as scripture.

Stories like the one in Mississippi get carefully selected by unseen news editors  to read like a parable from the Mount of Olives.

Five ruffians fall on two men, and torture and and abuse them, then one goes wounded, jaw shattered, his tongue shot away, to ask for the protection of the law.
 
In the New Testament JC would walk over the hill and make all that right.  In a Hollywood movie the hero is going to come riding over the hill, and the bad guys will pay.

What must infuriate the MAGAS is our side has all the Christians who know the Gospel stories inside out, backwards and sideways.

Now, is it possible blacks are biologically inferior and prone to crimes?  It may appear so.

But Christian traditions are all men are born the perfect children of God, brothers and sisters, and equal in His sight and in His love.

If that’s not true, it makes for the best story.

One of the reasons MAGA is so against public schools is all of the right wing agenda is so completely contrary  to the Gospels, should anyone actually learn to read the Gospels, they’d turn off Fox News and repent.

Every one.  Fox of course won’t run it.

This is the most indefensible police brutality story in decades.

Even a bunch of Fox viewers would condemn sexual assault, water torture and blowing off a man’s tonque.

The trigger man deserves life in prison (only because it’s not death penalty qualified) and even if they cooperate the four others cannot just walk.

What amazes me is that it’s such a predictable, obvious fraud and insult to the intelligence of any decently raised person, why can’t the Fox viewer see how those gorgeous girls and slick taking men are not only picking their pockets, they are destroying conservatism as we knew it.

Fox will have to eventually report this story.

And they will find a way to defend torture, mayhem and terror just because they always defend the police, and always condemn black victims.  No exceptions.

What kind of home were Fox viewers raised to where they have all the morals of a klansman lynching a black man from a bridge?

you should spend less time watching tv and read some books instead. The klan started as a resistance movement against the excesses of reconstruction..and it was successful. the carpet baggers were mostly kicked out by 1877. it was a perfectly noble cause.

even if you worship black people, this 'story' is not newsworthy. Black people find funny ways to get themselves killed all the time. And they kill white people all the time. And police kill white people all the time.  A story similar to this one which you consider so important happens dozens of times every day.

if there is something you really ought to be interested in, it is how the USA is currently trying to provoke russia into nuclear war. Unfortunately it is impossible to acquire reliable information on that whole situation..just like it is impossible to find reliable information of black crime.

Not many, but a few of my Republican friends watched the entire George Floyd tape.

Remember, there were four armed policemen against one middle aged man accused of passing a fake twenty dollar bill.

He begged for his life, flat on the street, for several minutes and urinated himself.  The puddle ran down the street.

Not a one of my Republican friends would be such cold blooded killers.  I’d bet most, would try and stop it if they were present when it happened.

To be MAGA, it is required you suspend every trace of every thing your parents, teachers and preachers tried to teach you as a child.

And when a George Floyd situation arises, say what about this, and what about that.

If they truly believed Christ was watching us, how do they take such a chance of eternal damnation?
