The Whuhan lab was engaged, as a handful of other labs around the earth, on beneficial scientific research.

What Fauci keeps an open mind about, is a lab accident that leaked the virus, is something a Chinese researcher would not just lose his job over, but in China he might disappear.

 And since the first Covid strains were only symptomatic in 40% of those infected, some lab tech could have stopped off at the Wuhan wet market on his way home and never knew he was Patient Zero.

True science requires an open mind.

When racism was endemic racists voted democrat. When science wasn't politicized scientists were Republicans.

The Democratic Party has managed to completely reverse it’s support for civil rights in only my lifetime.

I would argue it’s gone too far, in the right direction over civil rights.  Civil rights are supposed to be about equal opportunity, not slavishly supporting remedying  every perceived injustice and injury.

But the remnants of the Klan are all Republicans today.

Dr. Fauci, was appointed by Ronald Reagan in 1984.  He likely was a Republican, as most research scientists were of that era.

my property taxes went up 600 $ in one year- 600$!!!!!  I luv biden economics! never happened before! no excuses... the drooling fool created this!

One or two things have happened, and not in Washington DC, but at your local county level.

Either, the value of your home has skyrocketed (it likely has, although you don’t want to sell it, just live there)

Or your state has thrown more tax burden on your county, cutting taxes someplace else.

Everybody likes good roads, bridges, and good fire and police service, and a nice school for the kiddies.

They prefer somebody else pay the cost.

Has it though? The statements about blacks being unable to be punctual, hard working, and monogamous sound like poorly window dressed sentiments one could hear at a kkk rally. The bigotry of low expectations belies a belief in racial inferiority of the black race. It was indeed noble to fight against systemic racism, this cancer has been eliminated. Carpet bagging democrats want to lay claim to a victory that was already won by their opponents and are doing so without a true change of heart. Many still believe blacks are inferior and need the hand of government to tip the scales in their favor.
