I try to cover 14 angles of contracting results never the same around each detail never duplicated forward again. I discuss things inside out, not abbreviate everything outside in. How I keep my instinctive sanity in check surrounded by the temptation to ignore all I ever was since conceived.

First 32 years of my time adapting since conceived, I fell prey to believing anything was possible. I won't prey on my own kind and I won't become prey again.

I sold all my stock when Biden took over and put it all in Gold and Silver.
It's gone up and down, being manipulated, but it roughtly has gained about 10%.

If you want more info, PM me and I'll give you information on the company I use.

best way of investing money: move into an area of no stare income tax. invest in property that you can drill a great fresh water well. have room for a garden. hire a few people to build your home. made sure you are in a low cost electric public utility district. in some states you get a massive property tax reduction, if you are old. depends on your income, not property value or net worth. allowing you to invest in high quality bonds that yield less. it is amazing how great it is to have acres, and acres of timber land. hike. garden. well. camp out in the woods. fire wood for the kitchen stove. and fire wood to heat the hobby/work shop. oh how happy you can be. think! how can i spend a great life, with out spending money. then, money becomes less important.

Investing is a marathon not a sprint. Stocks are gambling. Real estate is long term and solid.

Ukraine is a drop in the bucket
true: the ukraine is a drop in the bucket. the big money is in illegal drug market. ukraine is in the billions. illegal drug trade is in the trillions. in your town, how many work making guns? now many work selling illegal drugs? dumb question. illegal drugs is where the money is. now is the question: how can you profit from what the usa government says is illegal but protects? become an attorney and sponsor drug dealers? get a large retainer fee, and represent the dealer in court in front of a paid off judge (who gets free illegal drugs)? now that works.

I’d love to go off the grid. That sounds perfect

it is possible for real estate to die as a market. I hope not, since it is my main investment, but it is possible. If AI and automation take off...if remote work becomes even more of a thing...if birth rates continue to plummet...if UBI becomes a thing out of necessity...there are potential revolutionary futures approaching us that can kill the value of real estate

I like silver.
Good for solar panels & lithium batteries (the future).
I worry about gold........if GOP takes office & global business start to boom
again.....gold might come down.       Wrong timing on my part.
Maybe I am wrong.
Maybe I worry too much.   I don't know gold.

Location, stupid.
NYC & S.F.            = real estate dying.     (buyer's market)
FL, TX, OK, & TN  =  real estate booming (seller's market)
