I could prob flip some houses

From what I've heard...you better know the market before flipping.

I was talking income properties...like rentals.

Check the price-to-rent ratio in the area.

Happy to disappoint you. About time someone did. I compromised sacrificed understanding my relative time since conceived away as much as I ever will any more or ever again.

I quit being misdirected by those loathing natural time displaced in their one time event horizon with existing in plain sight. I compromise just so much with everyone ignoring why they exist adapting in series parallel space as genetically present.

I physically understand how to passively resist mob rule democracy intellectually psychologically applied as easy as a single person dictatorship physically imposed..

There's a lot of people can't invest money they don't have.
All the advice in the world cannot insert an inheritance into a life.

Some people are quite cavalier about "getting" Dad's stuff.
In a way, that's like parking your new $80,000 pickup near the entrance to the soup kitchen.

I'm going out the way I came in:

The Big Reset doesn't permit anyone take anything they've accumulated, other than the accumulation of their own life experiences.

My comment isn't meant against inheriting stuff.
It's more about a dislike of unwarranted and smug arrogance.
Some folks are lucky enough to have parents with "wealth".
Some are not so lucky.
In either case smearing the luck, good or bad, into the faces of everyone around you gets sickening.

Yeah, I got it: you are now wealthy due to dead parents. Aren't you the smart one...
-or-
Yeah, I got it: you are one of the "noble" poor I have to support. Without strings, btw. :wah:

I actually don't want to hear much about either most of the time.
But, here in a chatroom it can be interesting at some level.
Anonymous advice and perspective ain't so bad. Rich and poor.

Ok, I understand that.  However, I went back through this thread to see if I saw any "smug arrogance" about inheriting a parent's wealth.  I really didn't find any.

Recall, Imgreatagain asked about the best way to invest money.  She explained she came into an inheritance.  Several, myself included, chimed in to discuss what might be good ways to invest an inheritance.   Other than possibly the "buying a Porsche" comment, which I took as a joke, I didn't see any smug arrogance in anything IMG, myself or others posted.  Did I miss something?

All the separate evolving results working separately and that is the two universal constants you have? I either play your way or I don't count in your interpretation beyond mutually evolving here in plain sight?

Last question was rhetorical for all other watching.

You do understand erosion and decomposition directly linked to expanding combinations of results mutually timed apart in series parallel changes of total sum remaining one of a kind events here now, correct?

That distance between obtain, sustain, retain, maintain as each cycle present is never same total sum changes combined forward here now.

that whole process is equal to total sum of universal positions here now.

The whole is equal to total sum remaining here now. Expanding ancestral lineages forward one great great grandchild at a time. Works everything that ever existed by ancestral lineages present, extinct or not dead yet.

Simple compounding combinations between contracting results surrounding each expanding detail added. Specific gravity and I can account for any and every replacement changes made since perpetual motion became a universal constant balancing outcomes forward now.

It is amazing wht a brain does comprehend not protecting everyone's reasons to doubt now always has been eternity.
Time is constantly stationary and you promise social time is money, but actual time evolving leaves each genetic result eternally separated in their own skin.

So you always knew you are a professional illusionist staying in character corrupting everyone you ever have a conversation with. The dishonesty of your contextual soul shows how live your evil goes forward now.

look at it like getting some of your taxes back

Makes sense. Anything that has to do with America and war would always be a sure bet.

Flipping houses means being able to fix up a dilapidated house cheaply.  Here's what you will really need to do this and make money at it:
  • Money - cash.  You need to buy houses for cash.
  • Real depth of knowledge about the real estate market where you intend to buy and sell houses; not ****-I-know-what-I'm-doing
  • Easy access to cheap contractors, or the skills for you to do the repairs yourself.
  • A real estate license, so you can list on MLS but save on commissions.
  • The ability to move into and live in the house you renovate while fixing up another one.
