You sure do a lot of suggesting what cowardice and bravery are while hiding what you are in plain sight.Bruce » 30 Jun 2023, 12:36 am » wrote: ↑ A Florida jury on Thursday cleared a former school security officer who was charged over his failure to confront a gunman who massacred 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018, in an emotional trial that left bitter feelings on both sides.Scot Peterson, who was a Broward County sheriff’s deputy and worked as a resource officer at the school in Parkland, was charged in 2019 with seven counts of neglect of a child, three counts of culpable negligence and one count of perjury.
He was found not guilty on all counts. Peterson, 60, was the only other person at the school with a gun when the shooter opened fire. He was forced to retire after the shooting.

This may have been the only prosecution in the United States of any police officer for failure to stop a crime in progress.
The officer was 60 years old, only had a service revolver, and was facing a kid armed with an AR-15 who was inside of a school firing at children.
He without question was a coward.
But do we demand a man a man be brave or else go to prison for life?
None of us signed up to be a resource officer (hall cop) at Parkland.Nostradamus'omh » 30 Jun 2023, 8:00 am » wrote: ↑ You sure do a lot of suggesting what cowardice and bravery are while hiding what you are in plain sight.
Must be hell living with a divided mind switching from a body of Bruce to an eternal soul of Caitlyn Syllables all the time.
Caitlyn, no ancestor signed up to be born social identity. They chose the career since birth each generation lived and living here now. He was fat, old, and completely out gunned, plus it was a terrible tactical situation. He’s outside, and when he opens the door there’s an AR 15 behind it, somewhere.
But he was the only good guy with a gun there. It was his duty to go inside that school with gun blazing.
But since he was prosecuted for cowardice, how many of these cops should be prosecuted?
—-A total of 376 law enforcement officers were at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas when a gunman was at large for over an hour on May 24, leaving 21 people dead.
A majority of the officers were federal and state actors, including 149 US Border Patrol officers and 91 Texas Department of Public Safety officers. Twenty-five officers were from the Uvalde Police Department, and 16 were from the Uvalde County Sheriff's Office.
"They failed to prioritize saving the lives of innocent victims over their own safety," according to an interim report released Sunday by the Texas House investigative committee on the shooting.

The 600 pound gorilla in the room about this issue, is an 18 year old kid can buy the same rifle they’d issue him if he joined the army, minus the select fire switch.
Abortions used to be constitutionally protected, too.
But they never set up abortion clinics in high schools, when they were protected.
When an 18 year old who’s never fired a gun before, can hold off 376 armed policeman for an hour with his brand new AR-15 it’s time to restrict AR-15s.
Or else someday the Supreme Court will reverse course about gun rights.
You obviously don't read my posts replaying with programmed semantics so vague they cover anything said.Xavier_Onassis » 30 Jun 2023, 8:54 am » wrote: ↑ You ever learn what self evident describes about living forward here? I have.]
Suuuuuuuuuure you have.
What has self evident taught you? There is so much that can be learned from conceptual adjectives.
WTF is "living forward"? Is seems that no one can live backward, like Benjamin Button, and no one can live suspended in a single moment in time, so everyone lives forward, or they do not live at all.

I believe we are all born like a blank sheet of paper, perfect and innocent.
Of all God’s creation only man, has the ability to be taught right from wrong, and to choose right.
In Uvalde 376 cops found excuses why some other cop besides them ought to be the first through the door.
Then one brave cop was, the first through the door.
I won’t judge the ones, that were right behind him, all the way.
evil spelled backwards is live. stop the reverse psychology of vocabulary and spelling.Bruce » 30 Jun 2023, 9:05 am » wrote: ↑ Are men born evil, or are they born pure?

Just guessing, but wouldn’t it have been really hard to find a Biden voter among 376 cops in Uvalde Texas?

A corrupted soul dies every decision to stay in character. An honest reproduction gets eliminated not compromising with deniers in charge. A male is a gender. A man is a figure of speech describing how much evolving the male accomplished so far.Taipan » 30 Jun 2023, 9:35 am » wrote: ↑ Nice.
