This is no 18 hour temper tantrum by a Narcissist like in Russia 8 days. This been going for several days.

In America, driving while brown is theoretically legal (though hazardous) and in theory the police must have probable cause to hassle “thugs”.
In France brown people can be pulled over just for being brown, no probable cause even needs be fabricated.
And if the brown person tries to drive away, they kill him for resisting the authorities.
It seems the French police shot in the head a wholesome looking 17 year brown kid for trying to drive off, but he had a fairly cute white mother, so from now on they might not get to shoot brown kids unless they were armed, or otherwise were an actual threat.

"You are going to get a bullet in the head," a voice is heard saying, according to the France24 news outlet. As the car moves forward, a single shot is heard. Nahel died at the scene; his car rolled forward, coming to a stop after hitting a utility pole.
A police officer was taken into custody after the shooting — and on Thursday, prosecutor Pascal Prache announced a preliminary charge of voluntary homicide against the officer, saying that a review found the legal standard for the officer to use his gun had not been met when he fired at Nahel from close range.
