Yeah, save your money for the corrupt and demented diaper boy who's given you record high levels of crime, illegal immigration, huge new taxes, and high inflation, together with him forcing his LGBTQ agenda on everyone, all while funneling MILLIONS to his crackhead pedophile son and at least 10 members of his family thanks to the many bribes he's taken over the last 15 years!

THAT'S who you want to donate to, right?
So tell me, dickhead.  Why does your corrupt left-wing media refuse to ask Biden about how he took showers with his young daughter, or where his stupid wife was while that incest went on?

In theory, but seldom if ever in practice, the Supreme Court and all lesser courts are supposed to be like umpires, calling balls, hits, fouls, home runs and strikes, with all ties going towards the individual and against the government.

There should not be liberal or conservative judges, only wise judges.

By all traditional rules, Merck Garland should have been elevated to the Supreme Court.

But the Republicans stalled his nomination and rushed Barrett’s.

Chief Justice Robert’s has made an attempt to keep the court impartial. Each one of the three Trump appointed judges has, until recently, also attempted to not be overtly partisan.

But the two decisions that tipped me over to packing the Supreme Court with liberals are the Christian web designer and the Christian postman.

As an observant Christian since my cradle, I know that Christ’s kingdom is not of this world, but the next.

And I know the original Sabbath was a Saturday, and that Christ forgave the soldiers at the Foot of His Cross, as well.

To use Christ to justify insubordination to the laws of man is inexcusable and dangerous beyond calculation.

The government that can allow me not to work on Sunday can compel me, to not work on Sunday.

And every Wehrmacht soldier who packed the trains to the camps wore a belt buckle that read

Gott Mit Uns

I used to be a Republican.

They didn't use Christ to justify insubordination but to challenge those law's constitutionality in court, which is their right...and their rights were upheld.

So, now Democrats have dropped the facade of supporting democracy.

The majority of Americans are Democrats.

We have families, we work, we go to church, and we take our vaccinations and pay our taxes.

And, the blue states we control pay more taxes that are transferred to red states.

And now SCOTUS wants to change decisions , that have been settled for over fifty years.

Tell me why we should worry about the traditional nine on the court, and not pack a dozen more liberals on there to to make double sure that SCOTUS stops being an activist court and returns to judging cases instead of making laws?

Rant over.
Packing the court with a dozen liberal partisan judges wouldn't lead to an activist court?  There is nothing liberal about today's fascist progressives. Right now one must think and speak the correct way or they can and should lose access to the public square in the minds of progressives. If unchecked that is the road to concentration camps and crematoriums.

I can understand someone despising Trump, he is a self obsessed narsacist with questionable judgement. I  cannot understand someone believing filling the Supreme Court with progressives in the vein of Jackson or Sotomayor would lead to a fair judiciary.

I’ve never been opposed to our government accommodating religion.

I say Merry Christmas. Thanksgiving is a traditional Christian holiday.  I support exemptions for the Amish, from military service.

But these recent cases cross every line, ever drawn, between church and state.

Within days right wing legislatures will draft bills exempting all persons who by reason of their faith object to working on a Sunday from work.

And the same bills will excuse them from sending their children to secular schools, or complying with all public accommodations laws.

It would have been so simple, to just leave the case law alone.

Now the genie of individual religious supremacy over the will of the people is out of the bottle.

This is a predictable result of the left using the judicial system to compel people against their will.

What is "settled law"?

At one time slavery was perfectly legal in this Country... in fact it was for hundreds of years prior to it's abolishment. Sometimes over turning an incorrect call is simply the right thing to do, is it not?

Just because you don't agree with what the court ruled doesn't mean the court was wrong... only that you disagree.

Calls for packing the court are the equivalent of the progressive leftists stomping their feet and having a fit because they didn't get their way... much like a kid in the grocery store check out lin3 when mom says they can't have any gum.

People like Schiff and Pelosi don't want to "fix" the SCOTUS... they want to either have control over it, or cripple it to the point that it's no longer a relevant branch of our Government.

The SCOTUS never made Abortion illegal, DIPWEED!!

They ONLY applied CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES to the FACT that there is ZERO Federal authority to determine if a State will allow them or not and to place limits on them as THEY SEE FIT TO LEGISLATE!!

It must really SUCK being the EFFING PEDOPHILE MORON you are.

Well, ****, you and your NAZI ILK seem to LOVE using that 1st Amendment and DEMAND that there be NO RELIGION involved in ANYTHING "religious" you despise from Government. So when that SAME AMENDMENT where the STATE can make NO LAWS that DEFILE A PERSONS RELIGION, you all of a sudden SUPPORT THE STATE making laws that FORCE A PERSON TO DEFILE THEIR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS!! As in "the State forces beliefs on someone AGAINST their Religion" is PERFECTLY PEACHY WITH YOU!!

You need to go someplace where you don't get your *** KICKED on every post you make, ****!!

Ummmm... because the method to CONTROL the Supreme Court is written into the Constitution: 1) The Number of Justices, 2) How Long they Serve, 3)  How they are Nominated, 4) WHO approves them, EVERYTHING...  and CHANGING the Constitution takes MORE than an act of Congress... MUCH MORE !!

The number of justices on the SCOTUS is NOT set in the Constitution. The rest is.

McConnell and Trump are both responsible for the Supreme Court's imbalance. They have a point.

Adam Schiff leads call to pack Supreme Court with liberals (msn.com)

Calls to pack the Supreme Court with liberal justices grew louder over the weekend when partisan Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) put out a new call to “expand, unstack, and reform” the highest court in the land.In an email to supporters of his Senate campaign, Schiff said, “We must unpack the court by expanding the number of justices on the court, instituting term limits, and enacting a code of ethics like every other federal court.” Liberal lawmakers have been upset with the court ever since President Donald Trump put three conservatives on it. Since then, there have been demands to retaliate by adding more justices to water down the GOP majority. Most Americans, however, oppose court packing, and even President Joe Biden has been reluctant to join in the call. Democrats, however, appear in favor. That survey, following the court’s decisions to end Roe v. Wade and expand gun rights, said that 64% of Democrats want to add four more justices to the nine on the bench today.
Schiff noted that he has been pushing for more justices since Roe was killed.“I’ve spent years talking about the need to expand, unstack, and reform the Supreme Court after Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell stacked it with partisans. This week we saw firsthand the consequences of its imbalance,” he said in the email shared with Secrets.Other liberals also attacked the court over the weekend, notably Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA).On MSNBC, for example, Pressley said, “I think everything should be on the table.” On adding more judges, she argued that the court “has been emboldened in rolling back the hands of time, undermining and rolling back what should be fundamental civil human rights. So everything should be on the table: reform and expansion.”
That Schiff-Turd got fat.  He must be on the Jerry Nadler diet.
