Here was the deal 30yr.-ago.--
1.  Finland, Sweden, & Ukraine will not pursue nuclear
    armament....only nuclear power for electricity.
2.  In exchange for ........No "NATO". 
3.  Russia invaded Ukraine.
4.  Russia violated treaty.
5.  NATO is in full right to defend.........at all cost.
5.  Sweden has now......joined NATO.
6.  Finland is begging to join NATO.
7.  They will.............because Texas..............said they could.
     (we can overrule Turkey.....easily......just ask them)

a peace treaty.giving weapons to ukraine does not help. an agreement for both sides to stop fighting.  zelinkski has to give up trying to take crimea back. make crimea an independent state.
