dead people cannot request ballots.  Dead people cannot sign a ballot request.  Dead people cannot sign the completed ballot with a signature that matches the one on file.  And again..you are suggesting that that sort of magical sleight of hand happened SEVEN MILLION TIMES.

I’m a Democrat, and we can vote beyond the grave.

We count on a living Democrat, to get us an absentee ballot.  

First, the Democrat has to know we’ve died.

And, our address still must be good, because they’ll only mail it to our registered address.


Plus, they have to find a fraudulent notary public

And they must fake our signature

And if one soul at the courthouse has read our obituary or knows we are dead, our living friends or family, the notary, they all go straight to prison, for years.


The Republican dead are too damned lazy to vote, I guess.

Democrats cannot vote outside their place of residence, but they can establish call centers for GOTV anywhere.

There is a Social Justice hall in our little Trumpy town.

It is open to any group, that is willing to publicly announce before every meeting, they are as devoted to Social Justice as Jesus Christ of Nazareth was for the needy, downtrodden, and oppressed.

And, there is no swearing, alcohol or drugs allowed, each meeting begins with the Pledge of Allegiance, there are schoolteachers who watch small children, and always there is food and refreshments served, and by young people selected for the purpose.  Any music is by professional acts, or there is no music.

(I wonder where those rules originated. )

Attendance is kept, and it’s very good.

Our country is small.  It voted 80% Trump

But you can walk through and see row after row of volunteers going down voter calls all over the United States, where it might make the difference.

Dying persons aren't always dead yet. Living corpses in adult communities unable to live unassisted by birth defect, accident, age can have their identities stolen for the purpose of casting ballots not embezzling family inheritances.

If the Republican candidate spends months and months telling his voters to vote at the polls on election day and to eschew mail-in ballots...if the entire focus of the Republican GOTV efforts is reminding GOP-leaning voters to make sure they arrange child care on election day, or make sure they ask for time off from work on election day... if the entire focus is ELECTION DAY ELECTION DAY ELECTION DAY, one would expect that, if those efforts were successful, GOP voters would turn out in force to vote for their candidate....when? ON ELECTION DAY!

If the Democratic candidate spends months and months telling HIS voters to vote early by mail-in ballot so that they don't have to risk COVID exposure at the polling place... if the entire focus of the Democratic GOTV effort was reminding Democratic-leaning voters to make sure they went online and requested a mail-in ballot from their Secretary of State's webpage... and then they called those people back at least once a week for months on end asking them if they had done that and kept calling them until they did, and then switched the call content to "have you mailed your ballot in yet" and kept that mantra up on weekly phone calls until they did.... if that was their entire focus, you would expect that, if THOSE efforts were successful, a large portion of Democratic ballots would be sitting in boxes in city clerk's offices waiting to be processed. And, in most states, when does the processing of those mail-in ballots begin? AFTER THE POLLS CLOSE ON ELECTION DAY!

Election day happens, and the first thing that gets done when the polls close is to dump the data from the machines at the polling places. Those are the first returns that get reported. Surprise Surprise Surprise! Donald Trump had the early lead. As the night and next day wore on and all those mail-in ballots were opened, verified, and fed into machines themselves, the lead diminished.

Hard Core MAGAts went to bed feeling ebullient in the size of their lead. And when they woke up, it was gone. Anyone with half a brain who spent five minutes contemplating the totally different GOTV strategies of the two parties could have - and did - predict it:

Red Mirage followed by slow-rolling Blue Tsunami.
