Good luck towing a bass boat or anything in an EV. I fished bass tournaments for years (Professionally) and I am not taking a week to cross the county. EV trucks barley get 100 mile range while towing. Even with gas prices now you don't save that much more paying for electricity. Don't let the Libs **** you like they do on Global Warming. It's all snake oil.

But you really do not want to load up your family and drive for 4 hours straight in one, unless of course you want a divorce

Actually, connectors/plugs of all types have been a real problem in all kinds of industries for a very long time. The constant plug unplug causes wear and the environment getting in causes all sorts of nasty problems depending on the environment. Charger connections that are exposed to the elements will be a problem. Better put a roof over it.

These things as they are now are a lot better for the urban or suburban dweller with a work commute that isn't too far. It's going to be a while before they work for those of us who do more hauling and/or routinely take longer trips. They'll probably get there but they're not there yet.
