You're celebrating pipelines?Bruce » 16 Jul 2023, 8:00 am » wrote: ↑ I was near Joplin
Which is in the south west corner of Missouri
Doniphan is maybe 200 some miles East, in the SE corner.
A similar thing happens at Hannibal Missouri, across from Illinois.
There is a pipeline, and it’s next to another state, and there’s bucko gas stations.
Missouri gas prices in those places are usually forty to fifty cents less than the interior of the state.
The MAGA thinks it’s a conspiracy. His grandfather thought it was a conspiracy.
Christians only, are curious. We ask the manager why.
It’s because out of state gas buyers have no loyalty. They drive out of state to buy gas, for only one reason.
They even post prices on Gas Buddy
The people that drive a long ways, across state lines to buy gas also buy a **** of other stuff.
Those stations selling gas under cost also will be stacked high with liquor and cigarettes and chew.
To fill up my Chrysler cost a whopping $29, just over ten gallons.
At home it’s forty cents more, so I saved less than five bucks.
They had Swisher Sweet cigars for $2.99 a package, too.
Try finding those for less.
Why have multiple generations of Christian boys taken pretty girls, to a spot in Oklahoma in the middle of nowhere at midnight to see the spook lights?Z09 » 16 Jul 2023, 12:19 pm » wrote: ↑ You gave the impression you filled up your car for $29.00....
You lie...
And you know it...
Over the last week there's been numerous times you just lied on this site....
Jenna Bush voted Democrat?
Missouri has the lowest gas tax in the country?
And now the state is turning "blue"
Based on what?
Higher inflation ?
How about higher gas prices now than when we had Trump?
How about 7% interest rates?
This is what matters to Americans....
You lie Bruce....
Joplin is near this town that has lower gas?
It's 4 hours away...
many things control oil futures bruce..including, but not exclusive to presidential and / or administration policies...proven by joe's EOs the week following his inauguration...Bruce » 16 Jul 2023, 11:26 am » wrote: ↑ Ask Mr MAGA what he thinks controls the price of gas.
Biden?
Did old Uncle Joe take pity on me and lower the pump price 3 cents when there was a big line of customers?
sorry bruce, my homies were laughing at jante's comment, not the Custer meme...do try to keep up bruce...Bruce » 16 Jul 2023, 11:20 am » wrote: ↑ Custer had 700 effective troops.
What mistakes did Custer make?
He ordered Reno to attack the South while he sent Benteen out to make sure the Indians didn’t get away.
And over 400 fully armed cavalrymen stood on Reno Hill, and only one man, rode to the sound of the guns.
The preachers would lean low , down over the pulpit.
Look each of us boys right in the eye.
Would you go, Bruce?
Or stay on Reno Hill?
I’d say I hope I would follow Captain Weir.

Biden didn’t allow a second Canadian pipeline, that is true.
Funny how some posters think you're a liar, I just think you're a damn brainless fool.Bruce » 16 Jul 2023, 9:04 am » wrote: ↑ Here is why it’s normal.
When I was a little kid, 60 years ago, my Daddy would buy gas all the time for 22 cents, 23 cents, 21 cents, maybe as high as 24 cents.
And I was a curious little **** and I’d ask why the gas price signs had 23 point 9, why the point 9?
And Daddy would grin and say, go ask Mama, she’ll explain it better.
I’d get the chance to help Mama by fetching her World Books.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mill_(currency)
So early on I knew gas prices ended in mills for the same reason a lot of stores advertised 49 cents a pound chicken and pork. It sounds cheaper than the next price unit.
Gasoline averaged about 23.9 cents a gallon in 1963.
That’s $2.39.9 a gallon today.
But our 1960 Ford got 10 miles per gallon on a good day on a smooth road with a tailwind.
My Chrysler gets 27 mpg at 75 miles an hour, easy.
I’m paying less money for gas than my Daddy did 60 years ago.
And that is almost entirely due to Biden’s drill for oil in Alaska or in the Gulf or anywhere policy.
—-The Biden administration gave formal approval Monday for a huge oil drilling project in Alaska known as Willow, despite widespread opposition because of its likely environmental and climate impacts.
The president is also expected to announce sweeping restrictions on offshore oil leasing in the Arctic Ocean and across Alaska’s North Slope in an apparent effort to temper criticism over the Willow decision and, as one administration official put it, to form a “firewall” to limit future oil leases in the region. The Interior Department said it would issue new rules to block oil and gas leases on more than 13 million of the 23 million acres that form the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska. The drilling project would take place inside the petroleum reserve, which is located about 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle. The reserve, which has no roads, is the country’s largest single expanse of pristine land.
The restrictions, however, are unlikely to offset concerns that the $8 billion Willow project, led by oil giant ConocoPhillips, will have the potential to produce more than 600 million barrels of crude over 30 years./-/
Those caribou, had better start running.
Uncle Joe is for cheap gas.
No, it was 87 octane, likely 10% corn liquor.PhiloBeddo » 16 Jul 2023, 12:37 pm » wrote: ↑ Liberals are so stupid. You can check ALL gas prices anywhere on the computer. He doesn't tell you 2.79 is for that cheap *** E-85.

And you "filled up your car for $29.00"...?
The average gas price in Missouri is close to $3.90 a gallon....
And you "filled up your car for $29.00"?..
You failed to mention your car was 1/2 filled at the time.....
And now we know it was MORE than half.
No doubt you're that idiot dopelooknow

Of the 81 million (LoL) Biden voters, polls show that more than half of them (42+ million) do not want him to run again.
He has the worst recorded approval rating than any president in US history.
He is the first dimocrat president ever to have the left wing media turn against him.
I have a toothache right now so I'll leave it here.
You must like poking yourself in the eye with a stick.
I made an honest mistake about the gas tax.
Z09
Well...
You claim that Missouri has the lowest gas tax in the country....
And last week you said Jenna Bush is a Democrat..
It's hard to have a discussion with you because you just lie and lie
