Clearly, it would have been a tougher case to make. And, also, I think that Garland is a bit of a ****** and was genuinely afraid that any insurrection charges would only further serve to inflame an additional crop of MAGA moron insurrectionists. Like I said, I was hoping and praying that every single one of them would be mowed down and turned into hamburger meat by LEOs behind .50 Cal. machine gun emplacements. And I certainly AM biased against people who storm the capitol and beat on policemen with stakes. Did your parents bring you up in such a manner that disobeying police officers, overwhelming them and beating on them was acceptable behavior? Yes or No?
