Do you have ANY idea the level of training and competence that trade union workers bring to a job, you fruit? It is far above what strip malls bother with - the builders of strip malls cannot afford it. Union labor is reserved for projects of serious expense and scale - bridges, sky scrapers, tunnels. Things that are catastrophic if they fail.
