Why did it take so long to bring down Epstein?

It was because, to board his plane to the Virgin Islands, two things were required 

1. only smoking hot young girls got past Maxine 

2.  They got paid $200 and signed a waiver and presented proof of age of consent.

Only girls with fake identification could possibly be the basis for prosecution 


Maxine was sort of a modern day Miss Kitty.  

If she’d been more careful Epstein would still be trafficking in children, legally.
