If you’ve ever read through the Gospel of Mark, you may have come across an unusual note near the end of the book. For example, between 16:8 and 16:9, the ESV includes these words: “Some of the earliest manuscripts do not include 16:9–20.” The NIV and CSB include similar notes at the same place. Although there aren’t many places where such an intrusive note about several verses disrupts the text, this information can still be startling.

Our dislike of PUBLIC EDUCATION has EVERYTHING to do with the LWNJ INDOCTRINATION of children vs the EDUCATION of them.

Facts are DAMN SIMPLE, numbnuts, Johnny and Sally leave a PUBLIC SCHOOL and can't read, write or do SIMPLE math at a 4th grade level, yet they can tell you that "Trump is evil", which is an OPINION passed as "fact" by the so called "teachers" in these same public schools.

I do not think verses 9–20 were a part of the original text (though I have good friends and respected scholars who do), so I did not preach on them. Still, for those unfamiliar with issues related to textual criticism, this issue can be extremely troubling.

 The National Assessment of Educational Progress published its test results last week. The entire nation bombed. Every region, red states and blue, poor and rich, black, white, and brown — it’s a full-blown disaster.

My public schoolteachers taught 5 of 33 of us to read at college level in two years.

And the slowest of the 33 could also read, at second grade level.

MAGA would perish if every child WOULD read.

They all can read, they refuse.

Likewise the missing ending of Mark can easily be explained by an even earlier version was complete, and not found.  A clerk lost the ending, and centuries later the missing text was rediscovered.

And the fact Paul never once mentioned His birth to a virgin in a lowly manger is just because Paul had no access to the Gospel of Luke, or of Matthew, only Mark and John.

Some doubters claim there are hopeless contradictions in the New Testament.

I say, show me one.
