There is a really simple reason why? I am the only ancestor not promising tomorrows because I physically don't evolve at any other time than being alive now same as any other ancestor sustaining numbers o their species existing in plain sight one at a time.

​​The annual casualties of the Vietnam War in the United States peaked in 1968 with 16,899 deaths. In comparison the deaths connected to synthetic opioids like fentanyl in the United States in 2019 were over double that number reaching 36,500. This highlights the severity of the fentanyl crisis and its impact on public health surpassing the casualties of one of the deadliest wars in American history.
